In response to the “Earth Day” on April 22 and the annual theme of the International President of Lions Clubs International: “Changing the World”, the Lions Club Hong Kong and Macau District 303 on April 13, A significant tree planting day event was held at the “Lions Forest” in Sha Tau Kok. A total of 300 people hold shovels and seedlings to dig holes and plant trees together to add greenery to the earth. The event aims to encourage Lions to change the community through tree planting and advocate environmental education, and officially announces a 10-year plan to build the “Lions Forest” into a new landmark constructed by the D303 in 2023-2024.
